The business

An Indian mentorship platform that connects engineering students with mentors and alumni at leading companies, preparing them for interviews and internships through structured programmes and live sessions. It describes itself as “India’s Leading Mentorship Platform”.

The brief

A three-sided platform rather than a course catalogue: students enrol in structured mentorship tracks, working engineers sign up to mentor, and companies and universities come in through their own doors — campus placement programmes, mock interviews, and hiring from the pool the platform has already prepared. The interesting engineering is in the middle, matching a student to the right mentor and holding a live cohort together over months rather than selling a video library.

What we built

01

Programme and cohort enrolment

Distinct mentorship tracks — software roles, electronics roles, a starter tier, and the longer Build4Hire GenAI web-development programme — each with its own intake, duration and cohort, running against member accounts rather than one-off purchases.

02

Mentor network and matching

A two-sided register: engineers at leading companies apply to mentor, students are matched to them by role and track. Both sides need profiles, availability and a live session flow, which is the part that decides whether the product works.

03

Campus and employer surfaces

Universities buy placement mentorship and mock interviews for a whole cohort; companies use the platform to hire prepared freshers and to put existing staff through skills mentorship. Three audiences, one system, separate journeys.

04

Discovery and organic reach

A job board, published interview experiences, free resources and a blog — the content surface that makes the platform findable to a student searching for interview help, rather than one that has to be paid for on every visit.
