The business

A science-backed supplement brand with two decades of manufacturing behind it, selling direct to health-conscious consumers in the US.

The brief

Pharmaxa Labs sells targeted supplements across bone and joint, cognitive, circulatory, menopause and gender-specific formulas. The catalogue is wide, which is exactly the problem: a first-time visitor cannot tell which of forty products is theirs. We built the storefront around a recommendation quiz instead of a category grid, then wired subscriptions, bundles and loyalty on top of it.

What we built

01

Recommendation quiz

An interactive assessment that maps symptoms and goals onto the catalogue and returns a personalised regimen — carrying a 25% incentive so the answer is worth giving.

02

Subscribe & Save

Auto-delivery at 20% off, with the plan management surfaced in-account rather than buried in an email link. Subscription is the retention engine for a consumable product.

03

Tiered bundling

10% off two items, 15% off three or more, applied at the cart rather than as a coupon — so the discount does the merchandising instead of a banner.

04

Loyalty & guarantee rail

Rewards for repeat purchase, a 100% money-back guarantee and a $60 free-shipping threshold, all placed where they answer the objection instead of decorating the footer.
