Local discovery
Every completed building on the map, under its own name.
Raised as its own place, with its own photographs, directions that reach the actual gate, and your number on the listing.
A finished building is used by more people than the ones who bought in it — visitors, delivery riders, service engineers, and the next buyer who was told 'it's the one behind the school'. When it exists on Maps under its own name, all of them find it, and every one of those searches carries your company's name with it.

What is included
The detail.
What goes on the listing
Filled properly, because a half-complete place gets outranked by a broker's.
- Property name in English
- Property name in Marathi where that is how it is searched
- Correct map pin
- Complete postal address
- Directions that reach the entrance
- Elevation and entrance photographs
- Developer's phone number
- The right property category
What changes once it is live
Six things that stop being a problem.
- Buyers find the building by name
- Residents can share the pin
- Directions lead to the gate, not the next street
- Your number appears instead of an unrelated contact
- Completed projects stay attached to your brand
- The listing supports your local search visibility
This is not the same as your Business Profile
The Business Profile is your company or office — one listing, one address, your reviews. A property listing is an individual completed building. A developer with eight finished projects has one profile and eight listings, and they do different jobs.
Pricing
Charged per building, separately from the company Business Profile.
Excludes GST; 18% applicable. See the full rate card.
Worth knowing
Listings are submitted and supported through verification. Whether a place is approved and published is Google's decision, not ours.
