How payment works.
How you pay
- A ₹5,000 deposit to begin.
- Balance at the end of the month — no advance.
- Per-item work is invoiced at the end of the month.
- Amounts are before TDS. Deduct as applicable and issue Form 16A.
- NEFT, RTGS, UPI or cheque. Bank details are on the invoice.
- A GST invoice with IRN is issued for every payment.
After you say yes

- We build and send the first draft for approval.
- Websites live within one week; most individual items in five to ten working days.
- Fast-track can be arranged when a launch date is fixed.
All rates exclude GST. GST at 18% is applicable.
Third-party costs — domain registration, paid advertising spend and stock photography — are billed at actuals, and only after your written approval.
Pricing may vary where a project needs additional pages, extensive copywriting, custom development, new photography, advanced integrations, multiple languages or urgent delivery.
Before you ask
The questions we get every time.
What information do you need to begin?
Your logo, company details, project information, property photographs, floor plans, address, contact details, MahaRERA information and any existing brand guidelines. If some of that is missing we will tell you what to collect before we start, rather than after.
Can you work with ordinary mobile photographs?
Yes. The Property Marketing Pack is built to improve the photographs you already have. The final quality depends on the clarity, angle and resolution of the original image — a sharp phone photo from a good angle retouches well, a blurred one at a bad angle does not.
Do you provide property photography?
The current rate card covers retouching photographs you supply. Professional on-site photography is not part of it and is quoted separately when you need it.
Will our website work on mobile phones?
Yes. The website and every project page are designed for desktop, tablet and mobile, and the brochure is set to be readable on a phone screen as well as print-ready.
Can every property have a separate page?
Yes. That is the point of the structure — each project gets its own page with its photographs, configuration, area, amenities, specifications, floor plans, location, MahaRERA number, brochure download and enquiry form.
Can you update project prices later?
Yes. A price change you communicate to us can go live the same day, subject to your support package and our working hours.
Who owns the domain and the website login?
You do. Accounts and logins are created in your company's name and handed over. That includes the domain, the hosting, the Google Business Profile and the Maps listings.
Does the website include hosting?
No — they are priced separately. Website development is ₹20,000 one time; hosting and security are ₹12,000 per year and cover the CDN, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring.
